Infant to Toddler

V is transitioning from the infant room to the young toddler room at day care.  I can't believe she's no longer a baby in the daycare sense and that we now have two toddlers.  Their classrooms are in the same hallway and the first time J saw V on the playground, he exclaimed "my baby!" and they played for the entire time outside.  When J's teacher relayed this to me, I was thrilled, as I was anxious to see how J would react to having her around at school.  Now if only he's be so excited to have her around at home.
